Indiana Law students can build their own plan of study by taking classes from a number of different areas, or they can choose an area of focus.
Description Pension and employee-benefit law has become an important sphere of public policy and an increasingly large part of law practice. This course covers the theory of the pension and retirement income system and the pension regulatory law, pension fiduciary law, and pension taxation. (2 cr.)
