B513 Constitutional Law

Description This course is a study of a limited number of problems selected to illustrate legal techniques for describing, analyzing, and influencing the process by which courts, especially the U.S. Supreme Court, resolve disputes concerning governmental power. (5 cr.) Spring semester.
