Indiana Law students can build their own plan of study by taking classes from a number of different areas, or they can choose an area of focus.
Description This course studies the purpose and limitations of criminal sanctions; penal and correctional theories; disposition of convicted persons; analysis of basic principles and doctrines of criminal law and their relation to substantive offenses; and administration of criminal justice.
