Description This course explores the details and wisdom of various federal civil rights laws (such as Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, Title IX of the 1972 Education Amendments, and the 1991 Americans with Disabilities Act) that prohibit discrimination of the basis of race, gender, disabilities, age, and religion.
