Indiana Law students can build their own plan of study by taking classes from a number of different areas, or they can choose an area of focus.
Description This practicum supplements the basic doctrinal Immigration Law survey course and is intended to provide students a flavor of immigration law practice. Two areas of practice will be focused upon: the representation of asylum applicants and the representation of businesses seeking to bring skilled labor to the United States. Class sessions include client interviewing and counseling simulations as well as practice problems.
Note This course satisfies the professional skills requirement.
