Indiana Law students can build their own plan of study by taking classes from a number of different areas, or they can choose an area of focus.
Description This course examines the legal and financial mechanisms for major changes in corporate ownership, as well as the complex regulatory structure for ensuring fairness to shareholders and other stakeholders in such transactions.
