Indiana Law students can build their own plan of study by taking classes from a number of different areas, or they can choose an area of focus.
Description This seminar explores the phenomenon of globalization, the increasing transparency of national borders to flows of capital, labor, and ideas. Students' papers are often published as notes in the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies.
