Indiana Law students can build their own plan of study by taking classes from a number of different areas, or they can choose an area of focus.
Description This course examines problems in structuring complex multiparty real estate transactions. Consideration is given to mortgages, mortgage markets, construction financing, commercial real estate (including tax aspects of leasing and mortgaging), leases as financing devices, and commercial landlord-tenant relations. (3 cr.)
